Dunvis Consulting was born out of a desire to do thinks a different way.
That desire was to offer sales and business development services that gave clarity and strength to our customers by experienced and proven professionals who truly understood the markets they were working in and the business who needed that support.
It's about lasting connections with people who want to do things the right way. It's about support you can believe in to give real life benefits and the growth you want to achieve based on a time and budget level you are comfortable with at this point in your business journey.
Meet Darren.
Since the day his Step-Dad, Pete, told the local builder that he could solve his labourer shortage by picking up Darren the next morning as he needed to do something during his school holidays Darren has loved to build things.
He started by building construction projects around the world as a member of The Corps of Royal Engineers and then moved into building business in the early 2000's.
A qualified Civil Engineer who buy his own admission loves the unpredictability of Soil and geotechnics, the need for logic, data and the application of these to geotechnical design gave him a foundation on how to develop business.
After turning around a couple of underperforming businesses after being brought in to manage them he realised that the commercial side and sales were his passion and from that moment he started to develop a skill set that made him in demand within the industry.
From sales of engineering services to blocks of polystyrene by evaluating each business and market individually and using data driven decisions, Darren has been a proven sales leader across global businesses for over 20 years.
A keen student of leadership since his military days he has led and at times rebuilt teams to reach their full potential by coaching and mentoring staff to recognise their strengths and apply them fully.
All these factors led to the creation of Dunvis Consulting and a desire to help more people and businesses be better because even the best can still be better.
